The company Husesolar has a high experience on execution and processing of environmental projects for the obtaining of previous licenses of the performance of projects in the different autonomous regions.

Between every kind of projects, it may be emphasized the execution of the following models:

LANDSCAPE INTEGRATION RESEARCH

In some autonomous regions there are laws which make easier the integration of the projects into the environment with a minimum impact on it. These laws, by establishing integration measures, achieve a visual mimesis of the activity on the environment.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT EVALUATION

The legal rules in force, in Spain and in each one of the autonomous regions, obliges the activities and projects which affect the environment to have a positive result on the Environmental Impact Research.

Nowadays, the Loyal Legislative Decree 1/2008, since January the 1st, on which it is approved the adapted text of the project Environmental Impact Evaluation Law, it is the regulation from which the Environmental Impact Researches are ruled.

The E.I.R. is a previous research to the project on which the impact of the activity concerning to all the environment issues is considered. The aim of the E.I.R. is the obtaining of the principal impacts the project may cause on the environment and taking measures for this not to happen.

ENVIRONMENTAL COMMUNICATION, ENVIRONMENTAL LICENSE AND INTEGRATED ENVIRONMENTAL PERMIT. (Before activity license)

The lay 2/2006, from May the 5th, about Pollution Prevention and Environmental Quality describes the activities which need some kind of environmental license, as well as the previously mentioned, for the future execution of the projects.

COMMUNAL INTEREST DECLARATION

The law 10/2004, from December the 9th in the ministry of Valencia, about the land protected from building, establishes the activities which can be executed in this kind of land by the previous obtaining of the Communal Interest Declaration. It is necessary to obtain this declaration for the most of all the activities which we expect to carry out in rustic common land in the area of the autonomous region of Valencia.

Husesolar takes care of the executing and monitoring of the different administrations of the Communal Interest Declaration, as well ensemble as in independent projects.
